Required Qualifications

Professional Experience
• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX/service design with a portfolio demonstrating enterprise-scale, data-intensive, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience leading design initiatives within multi-disciplinary teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Background in consulting or services environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ability to apply Design Thinking methodsplanning and facilitating discovery, ideation, and co-creation workshops.

Tools & Primary Skills
• Expertise in Figma, FigJam, and design system practices.
• Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, and data visualization.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, compliance, and ethical design practices.
• Ability to connect design execution to business objectives and client success metrics.

Other Skills
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor junior talent and contribute to team growth.
• Experience managing design deliverables across multiple projects.
• Educational background in Information Design, Visual Communication, Human- Centered Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
